From the award-winning creators of Christmas Gothic, Austen's Women, I, Elizabeth and A Room of One's Own.

In the unquiet darkness between life and death, a lone, haunted woman tells chilling tales of the macabre and terrifying, illuminating the curious frailties of human nature…

The Victorian fascination with tales of mystery and the supernatural created an enduring legacy of Gothic fiction; but it is often the male writers that we remember. Many thrilling and eerie stories from the great female writers of that era have gathered dust and been forgotten. Until now.

It’s the Hallowe’en season, so come along and be thrilled by three lost gothic spine-tinglers from the great Victorian female writers.

This dark celebration of female gothic is adapted and performed by Rebecca Vaughan. Directed by Olivier Award Winner, Guy Masterson (Morecambe and The Shark is Broken).

"A macabre masterpiece. Ghostly, grisly and gorgeous. Don't miss it" (Three Weeks)

"Truly extraordinary… one of the most exciting young performers on the British stage" (British Theatre Guide)

"Holds the audience in the palm of its hand... a near perfect piece of theatre." (The Scotsman)

"Perfection... Vaughan is simply sublime." (Huffington Post)
